"Since our first meeting they have delivered a product that matches our requirements and have been a great help along the way."
Tony Spiteri, Managing Director - Hitech Marine Centre
At TFG, we do things a little differently then most. We consider our customer relationships a two-way street. We work, and prosper under the motto "The customer is not always right".
When engaging TFG as your web team, you're not getting an employee, or a work-for-hire guy (or girl). What you sign up for is the collective expertise and knowledge that the many years in this industry has bestowed on us. You want someone to own your project and take responsibility for it. No matter the size of the project, or the deadline, each project is important to us.
We live by a few rules and after working with us you will soon realise why they matter, and why we are amongst the top of our field.
Taken from Getting Real:
Be willing to say no to your customers
When it comes to feature requests, the customer is not always right. If we added every single thing our customers requested, no one would want our products.
This is hands down, the most important rule in delivering a successful project, be it Web Design, or Web Development. "It's easy", "It's just one more thing", "While you're working in there", "I've got a simple request" are a few of the phrases you may hear yourself utter. It's saying no that gets the project delivered on time and on budget.
Having said that, we don't think customer suggestions are to be taken lightly. We love feedback about our products, and also as your project progresses. Just bear in mind when you hear one of those phrases, you're affecting our ability to deliver to your expectations.
We can't work for just anyone. Sometimes a customer is just not meant to engage our services. We take pride in our skillset and we thrive on customers that allow us to utilise them. We want to help you and your business. The best way to do that, is to ensure we feel comfortable with you and your organisation. The insight we have into the way you conduct your business, helps us understand how you'll deal with us.
Taking your business online is a very important consideration and having the trust and relationship with your service provider is very important. It may be an area where you have no expertise at all. We want you to be right for us, just as you require us to be exactly what you need.
We're a team that loves what we do and is proud of what we deliver time and time again. You've found us now so don't let the opportunity pass.

Viper: In case some of you are wondering who the best is, they are up here on this plaque.
[turns to Maverick]
Viper: Do you think your name will be on that plaque?
Maverick: Yes, sir.
Viper: That's pretty arrogant, considering the company you're in.
Maverick: Yes, sir.
Viper: I like that in a pilot.
Great movie, but we'd take it a step further. Arrogance is an inflated sense of worth and that's not what we're about. We know exactly what we are good at, and where we can take your business.
Team up with TFG and you'll just "get" it.
The boys at The Frontier Group are amazing! For such a relaxed and personable organisation, they have phenomenal technical ability and a rampant professionalism. They have customisable solutions for all of my IT needs and they always deliver, on time and beyond expectation.
They fix problems other service providers can't and they helped me get a critical section of my web site up and running 10 minutes after I emailed the request!
